Price and Payment Options

Programmes are individualised and tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, programmes run between 8 and 12 weeks, i.e. 6 and 10 sessions.  This is where health & wellness coaching is different to just seeing someone, being sent home with a piece of paper and expecting you to change your life. I will give you the necessary support to find your balance again. Alternative options in terms of the length of programmes and price are available. I specialise in helping people implement sleep hygiene and would recommend doing this over 12 weeks, i.e. 10 sessions to ensure that your sleep is where it needs to be.
