Whether that means feeling energised, sleeping well, being at a happy weight & staying there, or finding the right food to improve specific health issues.
Health Coaches Academy, UK has done much research on Blood Sugar Balancing, I will help you balance your blood sugar, which will leave you with more energy, improve your mood (it helps with balancing hormones too) and help you to reach your ideal weight.
Doctors often tell us that we need to make lifestyle changes, i.e. lose weight, get more sleep, exercise, live healthier… they are correct but do not have the time to show us how to do it. I can help you with that.

I look at the individual, I look at the root cause of exhaustion; the root cause of a weight issue – then we look at ways we can overcome challenges and make changes that are doable and sustainable.
As an established health coach, I work with both women and men. Through my practice, I’ve recognised the importance of addressing men’s health issues, which are frequently overlooked. Men are wholeheartedly welcomed and supported in my coaching programmes.
